Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Brahmalabs (operated by Sushil Sharma, "we", "us") and the client ("you") who engages our services. By commissioning work from Brahmalabs you agree to these terms.

Brahmalabs provides design, engineering, automation, and AI services as agreed in a written project brief or statement of work. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline are defined per engagement.

Pricing is as published on our pricing page or as agreed in writing. Sprint and Build engagements are invoiced upfront. Partner retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Late payments accrue interest from the due date until the date of actual payment. The applicable rate will be confirmed in the project agreement.

On receipt of full payment, all custom-created deliverables — designs, code, copy — transfer to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party components, open-source libraries, and licensed assets remain subject to their own licences and are not transferred beyond the rights those licences permit.

We treat all project information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed in the project brief. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted and billed separately.

Brahmalabs' total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You remain liable for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these terms will be confirmed upon Brahmalabs' formal incorporation. Until then, any disputes will be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties. Contact us at hello@brahmalabs.studio to raise any concern.
